Mustang Performance Headquarters Incorporated (MPHINC), was formed in January 2010, out of the necessity of providing convenient and efficient transportation to the outsourcing supplier. The primary freight is specially treated sand for the oil and natural gas companies in which we are hauling with a long term agreement. Having obtained a long term contract, with one of the largest suppliers of specially treated sand to one of the largest independent oil and gas companies in the United States for the region, we are conjoining that with the chemicals, fuels and other hazardous materials with which we are certified to haul.
The overall objective is to develop a long term relationship in the transporting industry with the goal of growing nationwide. We have taken advantage of this economic downturn to help facilitate the ongoing operations of our clients’ endeavors towards downsizing and localizing of their distributions by providing continuous transportation services.
We have an integrated the system in place of supplying trucks 24 hours a day through our network of experience drivers, trucks and trailers with a central hub located here in Houston.
We’ve partnered with a registered trucking firm that’s providing the Operating Authority and Insurance required, satisfying all government regulations and our designated customer contracts. All necessary equipment and drivers will be covered under our transportation insurance policy.

We are planning to expand into other types of transporting; this will include dry goods, personnel, and hazardous materials manufactured products.

· Nacole brings to Mustang Performance Headquarters Inc. key corporate planning issues that relates to the daily impacts of the operations of the company.
· Nacole's educational background includes:
o Associates in Art from HCCS
o Bachelors of Science from the University of Houston
o Masters courses of Psychology with Phoenix University
o Currently has a 4.0 in the MBA program at AIU.
· Nacole brings a diverse background of work experience to Mustang Performance Headquarters Inc.
o Beginning her professional career as a prodigy at the age of 16 at ExxonMobil. She started out in the Human Resources department. As a result, of her strong work ethics she was offered to stay on with the company while pursing her college education.
o Working in several departments such as legal, access administration and Sea River just to name few has afforded her the familiarity with diversified protocols.
o She received the ExxonMobil “Employee of the Quarter” awarded for her Outstanding Leadership skills.
o Nacole went on to pursue new employment opportunities in mortgage and banking excelling in that field as well, rising through several positions in management where she was solely responsible for overseeing the vendor performance of a vast territory.
o Directly reporting senior management regarding “KPI’s and process improvements.”

Shondra Weathersby
· Shondra provides the facilitation of organizational change and guidance to leadership on effective methods for molding values and establishing a desired protocol.
· As the Director of Human Resources, Shondra brings to Mustang Performance Headquarters Inc. more than 19 years of experience, and responsible for day to day administrative functions pertaining to new hires, employees and managers.
· Rising through the ranks attaining many years of practical hands-on experience in an administrative culture made the decision easy to bring on Ms. Weathersby.
o Having achieved the position Activity Director at the Autumn Hills Convalescent Center she continued to stand out.
o Advancing to the position of “Recruitment and Retention Coordinator” at the nursing home Ms. Weathersby still maintained a “stand out” performance
o Manage over 200 employees inside of five departments while maintaining the company standards in accordance with federal and state laws.
· Shondra is currently pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Houston Community College (HCCS).
