I would like to take this opportunity to brief all of you on the latest happenings with Mustang Performance Headquarters, Inc.
In August 2009 MPFH President and family relocated to Colorado and closed the location in Houston, TX. Mr. Clifton took a job with a local body shop to collect a pay check and evaluate the options available to him and what was best for the company.
After 90 days of employment the body shop owner has come to him about buying and taking over the shop. The current owner is looking to retire within the next year or two after owning the shop for 12 years. This would be an ideal situation for MPFH as well as it's shareholders as this body shop is a strong thriving entity. The current employees are all for this transaction and have agreed to stay in place and step up production should such an event occur.
The shop, which is located in Colorado Springs, CO, has been in business for over 30 years and has 2 locations. One location handles all of the body work while the other location handles the customers and the painting. There are currently 7 employees and the shop owner; 1 manager, 3 body techs, 2 shop helpers and 1 painter. They handle major and minor automotive collision repair as well as being the only shop in the area that can handle RV repair. They also have the largest paint booth in the State of Colorado!
This is a very good thing for MPFH and it's current shareholders. We will continue to work out the purchase details and take the necessary steps to make this a reality. We encourage all of our shareholders to continue supporting their company in this endeavor and spread the word. As more information is disclosed we will be keeping our shareholders updated.

Mustang Performance Headquarters, Inc was founded in November 2005 as a small custom paint and body shop. Over the course of 4 years we have maintained a respectful reputation in the automotive industry with repeated business and custom high end work.
Chartered in the State of Texas and trading on the grey market ("MPFH") we have kept the company in good standing on ALL levels; Federal and State.
